COVID-19 | UPDATE

Updated: Nov 4

Imagine a festive season without pantomime...

We can't.

This British institution is as vital to Yuletide as turkey and trimmings but we mustn't forget just how vital it is to theatre as a whole.

Pantomime is the lifeblood of theatre. Up to 30% of annual revenue is accrued at Christmas and producers and theatres across the land know a panto is a safe investment.

Things are uncertain right now but the only certainty is in the age-old adage that the show must go on; and it will.

Wouldn't it be the perfect end to a year of distance and difficult sacrifice to have the ability to come together and share the joy of a pantomime?

We remain ever hopeful and ever optimistic that this will be the case.

If so, make a trip to the theatre a part of you 'new normal'.

The 2020/21 pantomime season will be the most important for theatres

and am-dram societies across the UK for decades.

In spite of the outbreak of Coronavirus (Covid-19) it's business as usual here at Tom Whalley Pantomimes.

Oh yes it is...

Tom Whalley Pantomimes' award-winning pantomime scripts marrying traditional tales and modern humour with lovable characters and hilarious twists are now available to licence with a free, no quibble postponement clause.

We've updated our terms and conditions so that if you have to postpone your production due to force majeure, you can reschedule at no additional cost.
